Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Late arrivals will be accepted up to 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment and will result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

The appointment will be canceled if the client arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to be respectful of our staff and other clients.

Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the appointment and the client being barred from future appointments.
