Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Late arrivals will be accepted up to 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment and will result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

  • The appointment will be canceled if the client arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


 

Rescheduling

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

  • However, rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.


 

Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to be respectful of our staff and other clients.

  • Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the appointment and the client being barred from future appointments.


 

Client Information

  • We will collect certain personal information from clients, such as their name, address, and contact information.

  • This information will be used to schedule appointments, process payments, and communicate with clients.

  • We will not share client information with any third parties without the client's consent.


 

Privacy Policy

  • We respect the privacy of our clients.

  • We will not share client information with any third parties without the client's consent.

  • We will take all reasonable steps to protect client information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.


 

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
